Dr. MaryBeth Marcincin has been treating families in the Lehigh Valley and surrounding communities for many years. She takes a special interest in providing affordable orthodontic care for families.

Payments are accepted in the form of Cash, Check or Credit Card. You will receive statements in the mail the first week of each month. Payments are due the 25th of each month. These payments can be made in the office at an appointment. In the event that you do not have an appointment during the month, personal checks can be mailed and credit card payments can be made over the phone.

The Treatment Fee Includes:

• Records-pictures, x-rays and digital scan

• All appliances

• All visits including emergencies

• One set of clear replacement retainers

• Follow up retention visits for 2 years

The Treatment Fee Does NOT Include:

• Replacement of lost or broken appliances

• Excessive breakage of brackets, bands and arch wires

• Retention checks beyond the second year of brace removal
